A brilliant opportunity to join a growing L&D team within a well-established membership organisation As an L&D Training Coordinator your role will be to provide the necessary guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of learning programmes. This role provides the flexibility for working from home.

Responsibilities

:


  • Conduct the booking of venues, travel, and accommodation along with arranging the materials required for training workshops.
  • Work alongside SMEs to discover the requirements and details for both virtual and inperson training sessions.
  • Deal with queries and maintain strong relationships.

Skills

:


  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, be a team player and deliver excellent customer service.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft and excellent IT skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience

:


  • 12 years experience in a Learning and Development Administrator or Coordinator role.
  • Experience of using an LMS is desirable.
  • Experience of coordinating virtual training events in Teams or Zoom.

Education

:


  • Any LD related qualifications are desirable.
