Salvere Support are looking for a
female PA to support a lady with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

We offer permanent contracts, enhanced pay on some bank holidays, enhanced DBS and company pension.

Flexibility over 7 days with alternate weekend working:

  • 20 hours a week + holiday & sickness cover

The Job and duties:


Female PAs will be required to support the client at home, she is now immobile and fully dependent on her PA team for all day to day living tasks.

You will provide personal care,continence care, medication administration, non-Invasive Ventilation, mobility and re-positional changes, assisting with eating and drinking.

The role will be varied, sometimes the day will be about good conversation, friendship, and spending time at home. Every day is about giving caring, friendly support. It is important to always be very positive while on shift.


Most shifts will be 1:1 with periods in the day where 2: 1 support is provided at handover of shifts.


A personal or professional interest in Care is essential.

You must be

Training and Development
You will receive full training in all aspects of clinical duties for this role.

You are required to undertake all mandatory training relevant, in person and online.


Shifts:


  • Alternate weekends
  • Day shifts
  • A mixture of the following shifts 8am2pm, 1pm10pm and 5.30pm6.30pm
  • Rotas are planned well in advance


You must be able to work in the UK and have an enhanced DBS check paid for by the company.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

£12.66 per hour
