Description
Expert on IBM AIX 7,7.2 system administration.

  • Working knowledge on
    Administration of LPARs/DLPARs, HMC, NIM Servers, VIO servers:
  • Should have excellent knowledge and
    hands-on in IBM HACMP Clusters/Veritas Cluster (VCS) with trouble shooting.


  • Scripting Skill

  • Ansible /Shell Scripting
  • Should have excellent handson experience in
  • Should have hands on experience in server migration/patching and trouble shooting.
  • Experience in
    IBMPower5,6,7/Power8/Power 9 series class of servers.
  • Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness with good spoken and written communication skills, team working skills
  • Ability to communicate technical contents clearly and good on vendor coordination.
  • Good process knowledge in call login, tracking, closure procedures.
  • Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated.
  • Escalation of problems in a timely manner as per the defined escalation matrix.

Job Types:

Salary:
£65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
