Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: 39.5 hours per week


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and direct a team of dedicated individuals to provide exceptional care and support to our service users.
  • Take oncall duties as required to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the wellbeing and development of individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the team and implement strategies accordingly.

Requirements:


  • Ability to drive with a valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or social care sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
