Retrofit Assessor Job in Sevenoaks Kent / Hybrid Working / Site Based

Retrofit Assessor job based in Sevenoaks, Kent / Hybrid Working, visiting sites in London and The South East for a growing multidisciplinary consultancy. The role will be carrying our Retrofit Assessments on affordable housing buildings on behalf of their Local Authority and Housing Association clients. Offering a salary of up to £35,000 - £40,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Travel + 33 days holiday + Medical. To be considered you should be a certified Retrofit Assessor from either a Retrofit Assessment background or Building Surveying background.
The consultancy offers a multitude of services including project management, building surveying, cost consultancy, design management and Fire Safety.

Specialising in residential, affordable housing, major regeneration, new build and remedial projects for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Private Developers.

Made up of 100 employees and 4 offices, they are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of work across London, Southeast and Midlands and The South West.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Undertake retrofit assessment surveys
  • Produce energy performance reports and energy performance certificates
  • Make recommendations based on assessment findings, liaising with Retrofit Coordinators and Designers
  • Project manage where applicable other consultants on behalf of client
  • Resident liaison.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Certified Retrofit Assessor / DEA (ideally Elmhurst, Stroma etc)
  • Experienced in the residential housing sector
  • Ability to travel across London and The South East.
