This role is suitable for someone with robust experience and understanding of all things ecommerce.

You will be a pro at spinning multiple plates and able to offer strategic insights, as well as working holistically on the overarching digital strategy.

Ultimately,your focus will be on the tools leveraged to retain existing customers and attract new ones.

Ecommerce is critical to this brand's success, with ambitious goals to reach over the next 2-5 years from their D2C website.

Scope of the E-commerce Manager role

  • Ownership of audience building and all traffic conversion across UK and international ecommerce platforms
  • Overarching online and digital strategy, developing this with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Confident and comfortable with analytics and owning all KPIs
  • Content management working closely with the social team
  • Genuine ideas person creativity and dynamism is key for this role
  • Maintaining a strong and up to date understanding of the beauty industry and emerging markets
Prerequisites

  • Extensive experience within ecommerce and digital marketing, ideally Beauty or FMCG
  • Shopify experience, PPC, SEO, Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of Web and UX Design
  • Proven success in growing sales for an ecommerce business
  • A vibrant and confident personality, works well collaboratively and keen to see direct results and impacts
