DAY PORTER & VALET
7am - 7pm Four days on/Four days off

The Porter & Valet will work closely with the Day Porter & Concierge team, managing the car park entrance to the scheme.

You will be responsible for accepting all deliveries and coordinating their collection or delivery directly to apartments, signing in contractors and assisting other users of the rear entrance, as well as valeting cars.

You must do this with the highest levelof efficiency and competence, while building a professional rapport with the residents.

Duties include:

Manage all incoming and outgoing deliveries
Maintain impeccable standards of welcoming service; holding doors for guests, assisting with their luggage, calling for taxis and assisting with directions
Deliver and retrieve resident cars from the car park and drive to the front entrance upon request
Ensure all resident car keys are stored safely in the relevant safe or dropped back to their apartment if required
Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner and be an ambassador for the client
As a porter & valet, you will be standing for hours and you need to have the ability to stand for long hours.

Requirements:

Fluent in English
Strong communication skills
Flexible, confident and approachable
Previous experience as a Valet within a luxury fast paced environment
Full clean UK driving licence minimum 3 years + must be 25 years of age or over (for insurance purposes)
Physically fit and healthy, ability to stand for long periods of time
