Description

We are looking for the ideal part time person to take over an accounts assistant role for a lovely little company based in Cold Norton.

The hours are approx 12 hours, spread over two/three days. You need be able to have use of a car due to the location. A good working knowledge of Sage50 is essential. Training on other aspects will be provided by the current accounts assistant to ensure a smooth transition.


Job requirements are as follows:

  • Entering supplier and customer invoices.
Chasing Debtors.

Posting customer/supplier receipts. Paying in cheques weekly (if required)

Bank reconciliations weekly.

Posting credit card payments and receipts.

Collecting purchase invoices together for weekly payments and ensuring these are accurate and up to date with statements.

Credit control.

Liasing with the Finance Director and Company Director with any queries as they arise.

From £11.00 per hour
