Are you an experienced F&B Manager who is looking to escape the corporate rat race and work in a rural setting with the ability to run your own show?

RE Recruitment are looking for a reliable and motived F&B Manager with a creative spark, who wants to get away from corporate environments and really put their stamp on the exciting venture that is Naunton Downs Estate.

The business owners have recently taken over Naunton Downs Golf Club and their origins stem from a well-known London based hospitality business.

They are excited to present this opportunity to develop a new offering to the Cotswold. You will become a crucial part of the business success as they start their journey.

The estate itself sits on a beautiful Cotswold golf course which includes a golf course, bar and restaurant with planning to add an events barn within the year

You will be leading a small team and will have a real passion and drive for delivering high quality experiences to all members and clients of the estate

The role:

Working alongside the head chef to deliver a highquality service

- smooth day-to-day running bar and restaurant

Managing and developing junior bar and waiting staff
Stock Management and Menu costings

The Person:

Experience of working in a similar environment
Highly organised, with a friendly, calm, and confident manner
The ability to motivate and inspire your team
A flexible approach to working hours (including some evening and weekends)
Ability to commute/relocate:
Naunton, Cheltenham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
