Description

Responsibilities:

Facilitate and coordinate global studies in close collaboration with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager
Guarantee punctual completion of recurring assignments with a high level of precision
Assemble and update projectspecific status reports within the clinical trial management system
Communicate with the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and external vendors
Offer supervision and quality assurance for our internal regulatory filing system
Offer supervision and management of study materials
Develop and keep uptodate project timelines

Qualifications:

Possession of a PhD in Life Sciences
Proficiency in English with strong presentation abilities
Capability to work in a fastpaced, everchanging industry within an international team
Prior experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is not mandatory but would be an advantage.
