We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to be a part of our integral team here at Cadet Training Centre, Frimley, Camberley, GU16 7HD


Perks of the job:

- £10.42 per hour

  • Full time 35 hours per week


  • Mainly Monday

  • Friday with 2 weekends per month

What you'll be doing:

Required to be flexible according to business requirements.

The daily focus may vary however, it is expected that activities will typically include the following:


  • Serve food and alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation
  • Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services including hot and cold offers
  • Take bookings and payments for purchases of food, beverage and any associated consumables as directed and following cash sales handling procedures to ensure security of payments.
  • Take delivery and restock goods and ensure appropriate displays merchandised correctly
  • Carry out stock rotation and assist with stock checks as required
  • Clean back of house and front of house service areas to support delivery of services
  • Preparation of any other public facing areas as required including set up for hospitality events
  • Support the delivery of evening hospitality events covering various styles and themes
  • Report to line manager any stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the working day
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
  • Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role including classroom and eLearning based

Experience:


  • Some previous experience desirable in a food services or retail environment however full training will be provided for this multiservice role
  • DBS checks required
  • An enthusiastic team player and confident communicator who is eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences
  • Flexible to workload and shifts if required
