We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to be a part of our integral team here at Cadet Training Centre, Frimley, Camberley, GU16 7HD

Perks of the job:

- £10.42 per hour

Full time 35 hours per week

Mainly Monday

Friday with 2 weekends per month
Shifts range between 6am 11pm

What you'll be doing:

Required to be flexible according to business requirements.

The daily focus may vary however, it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

Serve food and alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation
Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services including hot and cold offers
Take bookings and payments for purchases of food, beverage and any associated consumables as directed and following cash sales handling procedures to ensure security of payments.
Take delivery and restock goods and ensure appropriate displays merchandised correctly
Carry out stock rotation and assist with stock checks as required
Clean back of house and front of house service areas to support delivery of services
Preparation of any other public facing areas as required including set up for hospitality events
Support the delivery of evening hospitality events covering various styles and themes
Report to line manager any stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the working day
Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role including classroom and eLearning based

Experience:

Some previous experience desirable in a food services or retail environment however full training will be provided for this multiservice role
DBS checks required
An enthusiastic team player and confident communicator who is eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences
Flexible to workload and shifts if required
