Description
Staff selection have recently partnered with a market leading company based in the Barnsley area, they're currently looking for a depot supervisor to join them


Responsibilities:


  • Taking inbound breakdown calls and providing assistance to customers
  • Allocating technicians to opencalls and managing their schedules
  • Assisting with stock management and inventory control
  • Providing quotes for jobs and liaising with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Supporting the branch manager with daytoday branch operations

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in tyre fitting is essential
  • Knowledge of a range of tyres including Van, Commercial, Plant, and Industrial Tyres
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Full clean driving license
