Salary:
L6-10 (£50,122 - £55,359 per annum)

Do you have what it takes to support the English team and the Deputy Headteacher (curriculum) and bring our shared vision to life at Newmarket Academy?

You will:

Support the Deputy Headteacher and the Head of English in delivery of the school vision, for all learners
Take ownership of evidencing our improvement of outcomes for all learners
Manage and motivate members of the English team and the wider school team
Have a full understanding of processes involving children in care, child protection and safeguarding and be committed to working in partnership.
Have an innovative and creative approach.
Be committed to high standards of teaching and learning and the professional development of staff.
Have high expectations that motivate, support and challenge teachers and students alike.
Have excellent communication skills
