Who are CloudNC?
At CloudNC we are ambitiously and successfully developing deep technology that automates CNC Manufacturing through our software.

We also have a commercial factory that produces intricate and high-specification work for our clients, supported by our advanced software.

We're on a mission to re-invent manufacturing and create a clean and sustainable industrial future that accelerates humanity.

Our vision is powerful and has been supported by some of the leading names including Autodesk, Lockheed Martin and also Venture Capitalists including Atomico.

We are scaling from Series B to C at pace and are fully funded for this growth.

We have very recently launched our first software product to market.

To support this launch we are now expanding the product management and marketing team to maximise our software reach and channel potential.

The Role


As a key member of the Product and Marketing team, you will be reporting to the Chief Product Officer with a primary focus on the acquisition and retention of customers, increasing revenue, and maximising the company's overall growth potential.

As such you will execute and own relevant A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, monitor engagement and customer onboarding across the lifecycle and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) optimisation based on engagement.

You will be in charge of creating and executing the strategy, plans and campaigns, ensuring that all channels are aligned to support product growth globally.

Specifically you will be charged with expanding our software footprint across new CAM packages to support our aggressive scaling globally.


As an experienced and delivery focused Growth Marketeer who loves building best in class campaigns, you will have a real appetite for making a difference and pushing customers' experience forwards.

You will be genuinely excited with this unique opportunity to influence major decisions and direction as part of a team that is rapidly scaling on multiple fronts to change the face of the manufacturing industry using innovative software solutions.


Role Duties:

Business Growth:Develop comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company's objectives, identifying key opportunities and areas for improvement.

Conversion optimisation:Analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks and optimise conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and user experience improvements to maximise conversions at each stage of the customer journey.

Data-driven decision making:Collect, analyse, and interpret data from all marketing and analytics platforms to derive actionable insights. Use data-driven decision-making to optimise marketing campaigns, improve ROI, and drive growth.

Experimentation: Continuously test and iterate marketing activities, channels, and tactics to determine the most effective approaches to drive innovation and uncover new growth opportunities.

Ownership:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the marketing effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to management.


Skills and Experience sought:


  • Extensive hands on Product Growth Marketing experience with 5+ years experience
  • Proven capability to translate complex products into compelling marketing stories
  • Prepared to own, create and deliver a full range of marketing assets
  • Selfmotivated with a passion for continuous improvement and lifelong learning
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics tools
  • Proven numerical and commercial ability

Demonstrable experience:


  • Working for a high growth tech organisation(s)
  • Digital solutions and software
  • Understanding of SAAS products
  • B2B environments with the proven ability to deploy cross sector skills
  • Proven ability to own and deliver propositions, pricing and campaigns

Desirable:


  • Knowledge of manufacturing/CAD/CAM etc.
  • Passion for scaleup/startups and digital innovation.
