Join us as Senior Digital Product Officer and help us achieve our ambition.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that the NSPCC Learning website meets the needs of internal stakeholders and external customers by:
managing digital projects
building effective relationships
utilising analysis into how our online products and services are performing.


You'll provide day-to-day support and lead on digital projects from scoping through to launch with a strong focus on user acceptance testing.

We're looking for a digital project manager with experience of content management systems and website development. A good negotiator who shows initiative and can manage conflicting demands by establishing clear priorities to meet agreed objectives. You'll need to be confident juggling numerous projects for a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Experience of working with digital agencies and suppliers to deliver successful projects is a must.


This is a digital product role with mínimal hands-on involvement in content production, web design, coding, or digital marketing, although you will be required to work collaboratively with our content, design, technology, and marketing teams.
