We're looking for a Repairs Coordinator to join our engineering team within Score Group based at our facility in Humberside.

About the role

Reporting to the Workshop Team leader, the Repairs Coordinator will be responsible for the technical verification of all quotations on all repair jobs throughout the department.

They will be required to maintain records on work scopes and liaise with customers and technicians regarding timescales on product readiness

Primary responsibilities

  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
  • The ability to run various project work scopes through their specific department as and when required
  • Technical verification of content in Quotes for clients for all repair jobs processed through workshop
  • The ability to Focal point any Noncontract client work
  • Liaising with Goods In / SQC departments to resolve all issues with product
  • Carrying out review and approval of client purchase orders via the contract review procedure
  • Creating and checking of supplier purchase requisitions and order acknowledgements
  • Contacting OEMs / Suppliers for spares / services as required to facilitate the completion of jobs
  • Liaising with FP's on daily basis and offering technical assistance for work scopes on various issues / concerns
  • Quoting any Modification work for the sales teams covering all aspects of the modification
  • Updating repairs quoting registers and 20:20 as required
  • Provide basic QA function certify / produce documentation etc for all works completed within Humberside
  • Expediting of all repair jobs throughout each stage of the process (status 2, 3, 4, 5A's, etc)
