Description

A global pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation are currently recruiting for a Planning and Logistics planning to join the team based at their facility in North West Surrey on a permanent basis.

Both roles work closely with production/demand Planners on orders and be responsible for managing orders within ERP ( SAP ) systems including invoicing of final products and creating process orders for final products.

You will lead batch tracking monitoring process and support the wide shipping teams to ensure all Planning and Logistics/Shipping activities are completed on time and as shred.

As the Logistics Planning Specialist you liaise with Supply Chain Demand Planners to implement a demand plan and R&D activities, coordinating on-site activities to prioritise orders and react to changes, or production constraints.

Ensure communication of order status and dates to Supply Chain; handle exceptions where stock or targets do not meet customer expectations.
