Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Consultant Manager who will identify, propose, drive and/or participate in customer engagements from lead generation to contract fulfilment in agreement with the Key Account Manager (KAM) and/or Customer Unit.

In this role, you will ensure that consulting projects are fulfilled and delivered in time, at a high quality and within budget.

This role will support Global Consulting; therefore, you will be working with customers all over the world.

You will bring value to the customer by identifying, analyzing, and proposing improvements to customers' processes, operations, organization, metrics, ways of working, OSS solutions and/or technology.

Consultants support short and long-term profitable business by interacting closely with our customer teams to identify new business opportunities that benefit both our customers and Ericsson.

As a Consultant Manager, you will:

Perform business development (to grow Ericsson business and Consulting Services)
Drive presales engagements
Manage and deliver consulting projects
Develop consulting practice capabilities and offers
Analyze customer business models and recommend improvements & monetization opportunities
Perform Business Analysis on Operations processes and Operational Support Systems (OSS)
Identify and deliver orchestration and automation engagements, mainly focused on/associated with Enterprise, 5G, virtualization, Network Slicing and Private/Dedicated Networks
Analyze customer OPEX and CAPEX profiles

To be successful in the role you must have:

Education:
A college degree is desirable, but must be able to engage with the Customer at the mid-management and C-levels, therefore advanced communication skills are required

Minimum years of experience:
At least 5 years' practical work experience in Telecommunications in Consulting

Domain experience:
Operations, OSS, Analytics and/or Automation domains. Hands-on experience is desirable. Experience in digital technologies, such as Cloud, Core, Network Slicing, Private/Dedicated Networks and/or 5G IoT is a must

Travel:
As a Global Consultant, you may be required to travel and deliver on customer premises for up to 3 weeks at a time and could be up to 50% of the time
