Product Owner - Treasury
Hybrid/remote within the UK (High Wycombe or London Victoria offices)

Ebury Mass Payments (EMP) is implementing new systems support for its growing business of international Mass Payments. EMP is partnering with FIS to achieve their business growth targets to increase turnover by an order of magnitude withoutsignificant growth in operational team size.

Treasury and Cash Management will be implemented using FIS Sierra, allowing automatic trading to cover FX risk and account for client and EMP transactions.

Cash management also is part of Treasury responsibilities, to ensure client money is protected and cashis available where required for payment execution

This is a permanent post that will support the EMP Platform Implementation and subsequent operations by taking responsibility for implementing and managing the functionality of EMP's Treasury processes, suppliers and systems in line with EMPs business objectives.


Requirements:


We are seeking an individual who has worked in a FinTech environment as a treasury product owner, ideally with direct experience of FIS Sierra and supplier management.

This person will have hands-on experience to use and train users of the Sierra system and of managing FIS, the supplier of the systems.

Understanding of IntelliMatch will be a substantial added advantage.

They will have a thorough understanding of Foreign Exchange trading and major liquidity providers in that market, how to monitor and manage exchange rate risk and provide support to the Head of Treasury for this task.

They will also be responsible for cash management processes and systems across multiple currencies and jurisdictions ensuring that client money and cash liquidity is maintained using the capabilities of the treasury and reconciliation systems.
