Junior Recruitment ConsultantPertemps Work Based Learning are currently supporting a fantastic training provider, who are looking to bring on a Junior Account Executive. The training provider is focused on upskilling individuals within Digital Skills, helping to close the gap.
- £22,000 - £26,000
- Performance Based Bonus of up to £10,500
- Based in London
- Hybrid Working Model (Travel to London will be 3/4 times per month)
- 25 Days + Bank Holidays
Key Duties of the Junior Account Executive:
- Attending client meeting to understand key needs.
- Oversee the interviewing and onboarding process.
- Ensure all compliance processes and company procedures are followed.
Requirements of the Junior Account Executive:
- Experience working within a 180-recruitment role is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident and the ability to work independently is highly desirable.
- Approachable personality.
- Drive, and determination to succeed.
