Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational skills.

Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Customer Invoicing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Booking out deliveries
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

From £11.50 per hour
