Job Summary

This is a temporary Retail Assistant role at a exhibition at the London Excel Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL, starting in March 2024.

Working hours

30 to 40 hours

Job Duties

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and guidance to customers regarding the range of merchandise and toys.
Operate cash registers and process sales transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organised gift shop, including restocking display shelves.
Handle customer enquiries, returns and exchanges.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Adhere to company policies and procedures including fire and safety protocols.

Skills

Retail Experience Essential
:

Able to communicate confidently and clearly with customers.
Physical Requirements, musts be able to stand for extended periods, and will be required to lift merchandise up to 15kg.
