Norwich


Start date:

ASAP
Duration: 40 weeks

One of our largest clients in the FM world are currently looking to employ a Contract Administrator

to join the team on temporary contract to start
ASAP based in in the Norwich area.


Working hours:

Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 2pm


Duties consist of:

Raising purchase orders, good receipting invoices, raising invoices to Clients & SPV, running accruals, running aged debt, maintain sub-contractor register, raising quotations, support with monthly contract reporting and open work order management

Essential Requirements

  • Administration Experience
  • Experience with COINS, MSite and Fieldview desirable
  • Communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
