Customer Service Administrator_, required to join our award-winning gift importing client


Salary: 21k to 25k dependent on experience

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 3.30pm Friday

Chadderton, Oldham

Role:

Booking in orders

Processing of returns and credits

Goods in and goods out

Managing delivery dates

Dealing with customer queries

Admin duties

Taking inbound service and sales calls


Criteria:

Excellent communication skills

IT Literate

Team player

Can remain calm under pressure

Good organization skills

Customer focused


Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
