Logistics Administrator - Over, United Kingdom - The HireWorks
Description
The role is a full time, permanent position working between 8:30am - 5:00pm and they're looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Typical duties would include:
- Ensure daily tasks are carried out efficiently providing the highest standards of customer service.
- Effectively dealing with risk management minimising impacts to client's deliveries.
- Liaising between drivers, customers and marketing teams.
- Being the key point of contact for customers regarding their deliveries and orders.
- Monitor fuel expenditure and carry out analysis to find ways to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
- Ensure the website and social media accounts are up to date to encourage enquiries.
- Develop and build new relationships and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Commercially astute with strong organisation skills.
- High drive for continuous improvement in ways of working with organised and flexible approach.
- Analytical with capability to identify a logical plan of action.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office

£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
