    Established Contractor Seeks Experienced Quantity Surveyor

    About the Role

    We are an impressive contractor with a proven track record in delivering specialist solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Quantity Surveyor to join our team in central London.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Manage all project costs from pitch to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    2. Inspect and value completed work, maintaining high standards of quality control.
    3. Authorise sub-contractor applications and payments, facilitating smooth project progression.
    4. Making Variation orders in accordance with contractual requirements.
    5. Conduct meetings with clients to address any issues onsite, promoting effective communication.
    6. Develop strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors, fostering trust and collaboration.
    7. Prepare interim valuations and final accounts within contractual deadlines, ensuring client satisfaction.
    8. Assist in the production of cost value reports, forecasting cash recovery and aligning with targets.
    9. Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.

    Requirements

    1. Degree or HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, demonstrating relevant academic credentials.
    2. Proven experience in working on infrastructure projects, showcasing your expertise and adaptability.
    3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
    4. A full UK driving license, facilitating travel and mobility within the region.
