Must be confident in all aspects of general property maintenance. Plumbing and Joinery skills a must.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
• Provide excellent customer service on jobs at all times

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting or a related field
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication skills)
• Mechanical knowledge and experience with various construction tools and equipment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
