Our directorate covers a comprehensive range of services offering care and support to improve peoples mental and physical health and wellbeing and teams dedicated to supporting people with learning disabilities.

We are looking for you to join us as part of our team in the role of Deputy Service Director for Physical Health and you will primarily be responsible for the leadership of our Integrated Community Teams.

There are five ICTs across the county consisting of Community Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Reablement workers who work as MDTs supporting the people in their defined localities.

The teams are aligned with Gloucestershire's Integrated Locality Partnerships and the post holder will play a key role in developing place based services in line with Integrated Locality Boards plans.

As a proven leader you will have a strong clinical background in community health or social care and will bring to this role a commitment to personalised care, promoting good health and an always improving focus on quality and innovation.
