Description
We are seeking an Administrator for Offshore Wind Service activities. The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the office administrative activities related to the Project.


The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all documents are uploaded and stored with the relevant company and site processes.

The Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining document control systems, as well as ensuring that all documents are stored securely.

Primary location will be onshore.

  • Develop and maintain effective administrative systems to support the successful delivery of the service warranty agreement.
  • Ensure that all project documents are accurately filed and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings, conference calls, and other events related to the offshore wind project.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Support with the monitoring of project costs and ensure that all purchase orders are within budget.
  • Raise purchase orders related to site activities.
  • Manage and control all documentation related to the project.
  • Ensure that all documents are accurate, uptodate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure that all documents are stored securely.
  • Ensure the latest maintenance checklists and associated documents are delivered to the customer within documentation delivery targets.
  • Support the site team with reporting responsibilities.
  • Responsible for updating the customer with updated documentation relating to the service agreement.
  • Supporting the site team with administrative requirements relating to the service agreement.
  • Support with ensuring technicians have access to the latest documentation as it is released and approved for use.

Requirements:


  • Experience of working in a similar position
  • High capability with Microsoft Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Cloud based digital tools.
  • Proficiency in using document control software
  • Knowledge of document management systems
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£16.00-£18.00 per hour

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
