Product Specialist Team Private Debt / Product Division:

The DWS Product Division is responsible for the entire lifecycle of all new and existing products across all types of investments and structures.

Within the Product Division, the Product Specialist team for Private Debt takes responsibility globally for Real Estate Debt, Infrastructure Debt, Corporate Private Credit and Structured Credit.

The Product Specialist would work alongside the investment team of the respective asset class, in a client facing role acting as the technical asset class expert in client meetings, assisting the Client Coverage Division (CCD) in raising assets, and bringing critical client perspective back to the product development team to influence product design and implement a roadmap for extending product offerings to new client segments.

Your key responsibilities

As Senior Product Specialist for Private Debt with a focus on Corporate Private and Structured Credit ("Alternative Credit"), you will be part of the Private Debt Product Specialists team, owning and driving the product agenda for Alternative Credit strategies across DWS.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for existing and new product initiatives including the coordination of the product roadmap for fundraising jointly with the Client Coverage Division (CCD)
Lead the development of new concepts in partnership with CCD and the Investment Division (ID) to extend access to Alternatives with a focus on Alternative Credit to different client segments, especially the Wholesale and Retail client channels
Lead content development incl. pitchbooks, market and peer analysis and provide ongoing training and transparency
