Customer Service opportunity Start right away We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team for the next 3 months, but these positions could go permanent.


We are looking for Customer Service Advisors who are immediately available for work to join the business to help during their busier period.

Their offices are located in Watford, have free on-site parking and are also on major public transport routes.

Office Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Pay:
Weekly pay £22,000pa a year fte.


Duties:


  • Process customer orders
  • Follow up customer enquiries
  • Investigate complaints
  • Open up new customer accounts
  • Advise and investigate delivery issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to help
  • Computer literate
  • Immediately available to start work
