Customer Service Administrator
£12.69 per hour + holiday pay
Based in Edinburgh (Hybrid Working)
- 35 hours per week (Mon Fri)
- Hybrid working
- Immediate start date
Key responsibilities:
- Researching new and existing opportunities that will provide activities for vulnerable people in their local community
- Liaising with Community Development Officers to engage with member groups across Scotland
- Contacting local services to enquire about activities and developing relationships with key stakeholders
- Updating internal databases and publications with relevant information on services and activities
- Finding information on the internet
- Various ad hoc admin duties
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working in an Administrative role
- Good IT skills particularly MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
