Description
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual who will bring energy and motivation to the team and a self starter who will be providing administrative support to a local office/region contributing to Local Operational plan.
Key to this role is being the first point of contact and the delivery of accurate work and an organised approach to the administrative function.
The post is based in the centre in the Central Services Department although there may be a need to travel from time to time for meetings/training or to cover sickness at another centre.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all forms of enquiry to Head office PHX, including answering and making phone calls to our customers and representing the organisation.
- Collate analyse and disseminate reports and information
- Assist with the collation and analysis of statistical information.
- Support with Central Service office audits
- Complete procurement requisitioning tasks for the Central Services team
- Develop and maintain electronic document storage and retrieval systems, and paperbased filing systems
- Expert knowledge of procedures in relevant area, (i.e. finance, HR, H&S, Compliance, Quality)
Person Specification
- Functional skills Level 2 Maths/English/ICT or equivalent (or willing to work towards)
- Providing administrative support to a high level to an organisation
- High level demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Word/Excel
- A high level of attention to detail

Size and Scope
Additional Information
Hours: 40 hours a week (including 30 min lunch each day)

£19,094.00-£23,500.00 per year
