Description

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• A keen eye for detail and resultsdriven approach
• Filling out required paperwork
• Communicating with the rest of the Quality Control (QC) department so they become aware of any defects in the product and how to repair them
• Communicating with the Quality Assurance (QA) department about how to prevent similar defects in the future
• Have a strong presence on within the production areas and carry out in process checks on a routine basis.
• Reading engineering schematics and comparing them with the finished product
• Using equipment like calipers, verniers, micrometers, and CMM
• Be able to work alone as well as in a team

• Day shift

• ROTHERHAM: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Quality inspection: 3 years (preferred)
• Mechanical engineering: 3 years (preferred)
