Our Team
We are a growing team, expanding across the region with offices in Sheffield, York and Hull.
You'll be joining a team of like-minded individuals passionate about ensuring those who have suffered life-changing injuries, through no fault of their own, receive the compensation they deserve in order to lead a more independent life.
Your role:
You'll join us as a Receptionist/Administrator, providing full administration support to the Clinical Negligence Department.
Your role will involve but is not limited to:
- Receptionist/Front of House duties including taking external telephone calls and where necessary, greeting clients upon arrival.
- Providing a highly organised and competent telephone operator service both internally and externally on all aspects of telecommunications.
- Speaking to prospective new clients, taking full initial instructions and pass to the screening fee earner(s).
- Working in accordance with and promote the business values set out in Core Values document.
- Taking new client calls and produce detailed attendance notes.
- If necessary, to make up post/DX each day and deliver post to post office.
- File openings in relation to new cases.
- Organisation & general upkeep of office environment.
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Senior Solicitor/Director.
What are we looking for from you?
- A commitment to ensuring you are doing everything that you can to provide the upmost level of support to your clients both internally and externally.
- A proactive, cando approach take a forwardthinking approach in everything you do.
- You should be a team player.
- Experience of working in a legal environment would be advantageous, however not essential.
