Overview
2Fawcett are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a company located in Sheffield on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Role & Responsibilities of the Credit Controller
- Debtor chasing
- Releasing orders throughout the day
- Managing customer credit limits and making credit decisions
- Supporting customer queries
- Working with other departments to resolve the issues swiftly
- Preparing and issuing multiple statement runs each month
- Invoice processing
- Providing support to the credit control admin team when short staffed
- Preparing for monthly debtor meetings with sales leaders
Requirements of the Credit Controller
- Ability to quickly form relationships with clients
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience working within a similar role
- Experience using MS Excel is beneficial
