Responsibilities:

The Art team and Design team to define and create the best rigs, tools. The tasks of this position will relate mainly to character rigging, deformation, muscle, hair and clothe. Work closely with and workflows for production purpose. Constantly find improvements and resolve issues in order to provide technical support to the project. Document pipeline and tools development processes for the Art team to speed up and optimize the production processes. Train, coach and supervise users of the process.

Stay informed of new technical and technological developments and collaborate with our development teams both in HQ and overseas offices to share the latest R&D progress.

Job Requirements:
A relevant degree or professional experience in the game industry as a Character TD.

Over 5 years of AAA production experience, and at least one AAA title credited and shipped.

An online portfolio showing relevant examples of your work.

Requirements:

Skill Requirements:
Advanced skill in skinning and rigging using Maya to deliver complex rig/tool set. Multiple content development experiences (can be modeling, animation, shader, and VFX) Good understanding of Unreal/Unity and related tools. Strong artistic skills and working knowledge of 3D art production. Good understanding of Python tool and pipeline development. Communicates and collaborates effectively with the development team. Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills. Must be flexible and comfortable with prototyping and quick iteration. An adaptable and continuous learner. Fluent, In-depth handling Technical and Artistic of IK/FK rigging and skin weight skill.

Nice to have:
Experience in other scripting and programming languages (Python, Javascript, C++, etc.). Familiarity working and developing in a multi-platform, multi-project environment. Understanding of developing pipelines and creating efficient user interfaces.
