Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary Package: £22,672 pro rata
Monday to Friday Hours

I am currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Host to join my client's team at their newest co-working space in the city centre of Manchester, this role is an immediate start and the position will be available until mid-October

You will be an outgoing, customer focused receptionist as well as a great host.

You will be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels and build rapport with regular tenants and visitors alike.
You will be IT literate and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will be well presented at all times with a wonderful front of house presence and a cheery welcoming demeanour.
You will have great telephone answering skills.

Responsibilities

Host duties meeting and greeting visitors at the door as they enter the building.
Providing show rounds for potential tenants and guests.
Accurately recording calls and visits and ensuring messages are passed to the correct people in a timely manner.
Driving the Guest Services offering.
Accountable for driving customer experience and becoming the first point of call for tenants and visitors within the building.
Assisting tenants and visitors with any daytoday needs
Stamping car park passes, offering directions etc.
