Overview

Recruiting a Business Administrator for a very successful and growing retail, distribution organisation. This opportunity is offered on a hybrid workplace basis.

You will be required to be in the Hampton (TW12) office once a week, the Alton office once ortwice a week with eventual office relocation to new state of the art office development in Bordon, Hampshire.

As Business Administrator you will be working with fantastic products, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting with both national and independentretail channels.

Working closely with the sister company brands to increase the reach of our supplier titles in the UK market.

Business Administrator - About The Role

  • Managing a shared admin inbox
  • Supporting the management team
  • Processing sales orders, creating and communicating backorders
  • Ensuring customer records are kept up to date
  • Assisting with Amazon account administration
  • Developing reports to key stakeholders on product performance
  • Supplying product data for set up and distribution
  • Sending catalogues and commercial samples
  • Assisting with customer supply forms and asset requests
  • Management of internal supply chain to ensure critical deadlines are met
  • Creating and distributing weekly stock report

The successful Business Administrator will have:

  • Experience in sales order processing
  • Proficient with Excel (Vlookup is a must) / Word / Outlook
  • Experience using SAP or similar would be an advantage
  • Proven administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team working skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
  • An interest in games would be a benefit
