We have partnered up with highly regarded local and national organisations who are dedicated in finding Support Workers,Domestic Assistants, Cooks, Care Assistants and Kitchen Assistants for well-established care homes in the East and West Sussex area.

We are looking for kind and passionate individuals to join one of our clients 39 bedded care home, just on the outskirts of Worthing town centre.

Here's what you need to know about this job role:
Providing personal care, this includes bathing/showering, to dress and undress, and toileting
Promoting Person Centred Care, respecting the residents with dignity
Promoting as much independence and support to residents as possible
Escorting to dining hall, setting trays, tables, and assistance with feeding
Promoting various activities with the residents and encouraging them to be a part of the comes community
Recording of resident's logbooks, food, and fluid intake (whether it be paper or electronic)
Supporting residents with laundry, light cleaning, and other domestic tasks
Providing companionship

Requirements for a Day Care Assistant:
Enhanced DBS clearance
Previous experience not desirable (full training provided)
Understanding of medication
