22,369 to £24,054 per annum pro rata

We are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to provide full time support across our school in both KS1/KS2 classes.
You will be working closely with teaching staff to support children in both KS1 and KS2 with a a wide range of curriculum activities.
Experience of working across the key stages is essential as this role will require some flexibility.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a sound knowledge and experience of working in a school setting and across the key stages (KS1/KS2)
Has experience of working and understanding children with special educational needs
Has high expectations of yourself and others
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be willing to share your classroom practice with others and be directed by others
Is highly organised and motivated
Will play an active role in the classroom setting
Can demonstrate the vision and values of the school in everyday work and practice
Has an understanding of how young children learn and how to get the best out of children
Is positive and able to persevere
Can remain calm under pressure
Is willing to undertake further training s required including First Aid
