Product Implementation Consultant - NHS

Hybrid working

Salary:
£40,000

Skills / Experience Required

  • Experienced product specialist
  • NHS or similar experience
  • High computer literacy
  • Excellent client engaging and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong presentation skills, able to demonstrate software effectively
  • Selfstarter but also a team player
  • A confident, gogetter that can really drive the product forward

Responsibilities

  • Champion for the product
  • Support product implementation to new and existing customers
  • Liaising and working with the customers to define and refine requirements and needs
  • Resolving basic customer configuration issues.
  • Learning each customers specifics such as patient pathways
  • Supporting the sales team from a technical perspective with product demonstrations, both remote and in person
  • Supporting the customers with the implementation of change management
  • Facilitating remote and in person training sessions
  • Creating help and training documentation/materials
  • Working with the customers to ensure our product is working best for them and encouraging our other products to improve their working practices
  • Support product implementation to new and existing customers
  • Support (from a technical perspective) RFI responses, bids, and tenders to support sales objectives
