About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager - Financial Planning to join our Finance team.

This role is based as a home based role, where there is no daily requirement to attend an office with the flexibility to attend as required.

The post holder will prepare the Group financial plan, carrying out stress testing and flexing the plan as required.

Carry out financial modelling, liaising with colleagues across the business to understand the financial implications of growth, regeneration,acquisition, or development opportunities and aid decision making.

What are we looking for?


To be successful you will have technically sound accounting knowledge, as well as experience of using Brixx business planning software and preparing data for the RSH Financial Forecast Return.

It is essential that you will also have experience of managingand reporting financial performance information, as well as experience of funder requirements in terms of covenant reporting and be commercially minded and able to probe and challenge effectively.


As part of your role, you will prepare the Group financial plan, carrying out stress testing and flexing the plan as required, as well as carrying out financial modelling and liaising with colleagues across the business to understand the financial implicationsof growth, regeneration, acquisition, or development opportunities and aid decision making.
