    Description

    Duties:

    • Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
    • Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and booking jobs
    • Coordinate projects by organizing and maintaining project files, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
    • Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
    • Assist with general administrative tasks
    • File documents and maintain organized filing systems

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in an administrative role is REQUIRED
    • Knowledge of computer is needed
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
