Crofts Estate Agents, Louth are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our ever growing and busy branch.The part time role will include:
- All general office duties and assisting with the day-to-day running of the office.
- Arranging, chasing and feeding back viewings.
- Arranging property valuations
- Occasionally negotiating offers and assisting with sales progression.
- Liaising with mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents.
- Registering and maintaining applicant database.
- Ensuring all records are accurate and kept up to date.
Additional Skills Required are:
- A positive 'cando' approach to your work and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Punctuality and good time management.
- Must be prepared to work alone
- Diligence and organisational skills with the ability to cope well under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills, data recording and attention to detail.
- Fantastic communication skills with a polite and helpful telephone manner.
3-4 days per week to include one in 3 Saturdays.
Experience in the property industry is preferable and a full clean UK driving license and your own car is essential.
