Crofts Estate Agents, Louth are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our ever growing and busy branch.

The part time role will include:

  • All general office duties and assisting with the day-to-day running of the office.
  • Arranging, chasing and feeding back viewings.
  • Arranging property valuations
  • Occasionally negotiating offers and assisting with sales progression.
  • Liaising with mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents.
  • Registering and maintaining applicant database.
  • Ensuring all records are accurate and kept up to date.

Additional Skills Required are:

  • A positive 'cando' approach to your work and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Punctuality and good time management.
  • Must be prepared to work alone
  • Diligence and organisational skills with the ability to cope well under pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills, data recording and attention to detail.
  • Fantastic communication skills with a polite and helpful telephone manner.
Must be flexible to cover days off, holiday and sickness.

3-4 days per week to include one in 3 Saturdays.


Experience in the property industry is preferable and a full clean UK driving license and your own car is essential.

Office and administration experience is essential. Estate Agency experience preferred.

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
