Role Purpose:
As our New Homes Coordinator you will be dealing with enquiries and complaints as well as recording and reporting key performance data as required.
You will be looking after our purchases from exchange to completion ensuring you are communicating with purchasers at all times.
You will be preparing and distributing of correspondence and information as requested.You will be managing the aftercare central mailbox in and respond to queries as appropriate setting up new accounts and producing welcome packs.
You will be dealing with defects and managing calendars where necessary.

More about you:
- You will have experience of working in a customer orientated environment
- And be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- You will have worked in administrative position previously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a predominantly office based role.
- GCSE grades A-C in Maths and English
- Knowledge and Understanding of Word and Excel
