Description

The Complex Discharge Support Team is looking for enthusiastic, proactive and motivated administrator to join our dynamic team.

The post is full time, with cross site working at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Heartlands Hospital, Good Hope Hospital and Solihull Hospital.

Based at:

BHH 1 x 37.5hrs permanent

GHH 1 x 37.5hrs - permanent

GHH 1 x 37.5hrs - 1 year secondment

The team provides a comprehensive 7 day administrative service on behalf of the Trust to support Social Workers, Complex Discharge Nurse Specialists, Ward Staff, Therapists, Community Teams, patients and relatives in the referral and assessment process to facilitate safe and timely discharges from hospital.

Flexibility and team working are essential to deliver a high quality service.
