Customer Service Administrator - Temporary - Telford
L & C Consulting are recruiting with a well-known and respected Telford organisation for a new Customer Service Administrator to join them on a long term, temporary basis.
The multi-national company are looking an experienced Customer Service Advisor who comes with good communication skills and a resilient approach to join their small team.
The role comes with a hybrid, working from home opportunity and they are looking for someone available at short notice.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Schedule engineer call outs
- Raise orders
- Invoicing
- Update CRM
You'll be well organised, IT literate and have good communication and customer service skills.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17: hours per week).
The site is accessible on public transport from most parts of Telford, though it is also accessible from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Shifnal, Ironbridge, Newport and Telford etc
