I am recruiting for an experienced Administrator which is a hybrid role working a minimum of 2 days in the office the rest you will work from home as the Administrator you will be part of a small existing team to work in NG2 with career development, as the Administrator you will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch and this client when you are in the office have a canteen to allow you to step away from work and relax during your break.

Responsibilities as the Administrator

  • Assist in organising and maintaining legal frameworks and documents.
  • Support the legal team with administrative tasks such as filing, drafting correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Conduct research on legal matters and gather relevant information to assist with case preparation.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and clients to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth workflow and successful project completion.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements as the Administrator

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a legal setting is an asset but not required.
