Our client, a high growth global business based in Cambridge, is currently recruiting a Financial Controller to join their finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this role is responsible for leading and developing the financial control team, supporting multiple legal entities both in the UK and internationally.

The role will also perform consolidation activities, working with colleaguesin the overseas entities to deliver all requirements.

You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring robust processes, controls and taking a lead on the improvement & development of a recently implemented ERP system.

You will liaise with auditors to ensure audits are progressed in a timely and accuratemanner.

This role will also be involved in treasury activities which will include; cashflow forecasting, ensure adequate funding in all territories to manage working capital and manage intra group lending.

With responsibility for managing a team, some of which are based overseas, you will have proven staff management experience with the ability to lead, mentor and coach the team.

This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, with 1-2 days per week in the office required.
